Turbo was available from 93-94 as an option and then in 94.5 the Powerstroke took over. The factory turbos on the idis didn't really do much anyways. They only added 5hp and ATS the designer of the system wasn't happy with the results but ford was. I dont think slapping a turbo on this truck would be worth it. its an old tired motor and with an aftermarket turbo these motors have a habit of over boosting and blowing up. I've turned up my fuel pump and advanced my timing and I'm going to throw some bigger injectors in there and then im going to leave it. I plan on saving up and by the end of next summer being able to buy a nice late 12v or 24v Dodge.
