This is Charlie Kelly, founder and promoter of the Repack race series, Gary's partner in the first mountain bike company in the world, cleverly called 'MountainBikes', and the founder and editor of the first mountain bike magazine in the world...'The Fat Tire Flyer. He ran that magazine for 6 years before any other publication got in the game.
