no its in great shape the guy just wanted to get rid of it so he sold it for 200

Its been changed a lot since then. I'll sell frame/crank/seatpost/bar/stem but thats all. Wheels bent like cheese and are unrideable. Fork I love and I'd rather not get rid of it unless i got an offer i can't refuse. Do you have an offer?
