if you want to get it to 30lbs i would get some new forks. Those weight a ton compare to other ones eg fox and rockshox. If you have the money i would invest into some, they would be worth it. Maybe a pivtoal seat aswell.
you lose alot of front weight when you get those Argyle, the bike will be alot easyer to maunal/wheelie. I would get a new wheelset aswell. Also lose the front break unless you do 4x.
Well I'm not going to remove front break because I like having it there and tbh I don't feel confortable DJing bike without one and in time I might get lighter wheels but what would you recommend? Still has to look pimp
Oh and I will get new cranks and and E13 SRS/LG1 +
societys do work really well if u can get past them being made by rst!:-) love mine to bits an not had one problem wiv them..an there swapable to 20mm to qr is genius
id say there better than argyles(my mates are really spongey) an they are on par wiv the dj1s id say... i like firm forks an these really fit the bill used to have to pump my dj3 every month or so to keep em right ,havet touched theses since september!
