i put world cup internals in if you would read
it is air sprung
im including the team parts for if whoever buys it can turn it back into a team if there doing a more freeride style
I believe the left sanction of the boxxer world cups are polished (for the air spring) and the teams are not. You may run into issues with performance or reliability if all you did was swap the air piston in place of the coil.
i doubt it as the difference in price between the team and wc stanchion is 50 dollars. i havent had any issue at all. if the stanchions are smooth enough to run something as fragile as motion control its just as good enough to have a metal plunger running through it.
If there's a price difference, doesn't it make you think that maybe there is a difference in the stanchion?.... and probably for a reason? I'm not saying it won't work... but there may be some difference in performance or reliability.
but also dont forget how much is a 50 dollar difference going to be if your buying new brakes. there will be a very little performance difference. and personally i cant tell the difference between mine and a stock world cup
this has worldcup internals so there is no difference at all just for the sticker"
Hate to break it to you, but the world cup forks are air sprung... Not coil.
