i have a queston, im not big on bmx and i am wondering what is the differnece from one brands frame from another? is it just material and angles of pipes?

Materials are pretty much exactly the same dependent on your price range. Hi-ten steel is a mix of metals so obviously that's never the same.
As for the 'angles of pipes' i.e. the geometry they have quite a big difference. Some are based on street, some on park, some on dirt. Others are just a mixture of all 3 which usually fail.
