u can get rid of that slack in your chain without a tensioner by using a half-link chain. KMC and DMR both make them in a bunch of colors.

or he can easily take a few links outta the chain or pull the wheel back...

those are vertical dropouts Brandon9445, the wheel wont move. the half-link chain i mentioned lets u take out 1 pin at a time, not 2 like a standard, giving u more adjustment for a wheel that wont move.
