Looks good.
About the breaks I got 24s on mine and all you need is the right spacing to run your wheel almost slamed.
Its a pain in the ass so I wouldnt recommend it if you like how it rides now.
Hey man
I'm also selling my BMX custom that I spent a year putting it together, it's 2010 and 2011 parts, I can't ride it because I broke my leg, my parents told me I can't rise a BMX any more so do you do trades
Havent really rode all hard cause I sprained my ankle, but the bar and stem are so easy to get used to, I didnt even notice a difference in how they where besides the fact they are longer than my old bars, but It rides so nice, the wheels also feel like my old 26's, but im only a small guy so I decided 24's. Anyway, it feels awesome and you should buy everything dobermann makes.

Oh bud, those are fly ruebens, cost me 100 at sportwheels,
Although ill sell you them if you want
100 bucks
brand new
If you run brakes and 24 you cant get much further than this, the brakemounts dont let you go much further in.
Also, if you read the description it would answer part of your question
