Hardtaildh08, your an idoit, if you thought i was dumb enough to mistake a mech hanger for a chain device, its you that needs your head checking... get a propper chain device, the truvative one is terrible, you may aswell fassion one from twigs and tape, take my advice jason, get apropper chain device, on that keeps the chain tensioned rather than just touching it, and maybe shorten your your new chain aswell...

well i think there no point in getting a new chain device if this 1 works fine it keeps the chain on thats all that matters, and all chains stretch eventually. the chain i use 2 hav on was the 1 frm when i got the bike so i think its day r over now. well southfork r fitting all of the new stuff i just bought, obviously im gonna sorten my chain when i get a new rear mech with a sort cage and a 36 tooth chain ring cus if not i THINK i THINK it might b 2 long

ok mate the truvitive chain devise is insanely good cheap strong and ive never had any problem what so ever the only problem ive herd is when my mate lost his roller but he didnt tighten it properly and if you notised the chain devise is the complete oppisite side of the chain and it has nothing to do with the tensioning of it just take a few links out at the most and that takes around 2 mins
