I could by for $650 and i could pick it up in a couple days. Is there any problems with it?

it needs a new back wheel, u can ride on the one thats on now but the tire is bald, the rims badly bent and somethings up with the hub (when u role the bike forward the cranks roll forward to). other than that its all cosmetic scratchs and the paint on the forks is bad.
