a photo cannot be POD unless the rider/riders are wearing helmets, no if and or buts

Theres a fair few more, so yeah they don't necessarily adhere to the 'No helmet, no POD' rule all the time.

i think it can be pod without the helmets, they arent airborne, they arent doing any tricks, just railing the berms at speed in equal positions. POD.

Tighter crop top and bottom and the riders in the same postion on both berms then you would have a winner there...but still nice shot...props!
