Well, I was doing this like 5 foot jump for the second time, and went up and came down then I remember hearing a loud noise and then ate it. Got up and saw this! Like 10 minutes before all of this, I did a 6 foot drop that was pretty much to a flat (overshot the landing) and hear some noise, but wasnt sure what it was. So my guess is that I made a crack bigger and bigger over time till it broke. Luckily Im still in one piece and didnt have this happen on some huge drop.

Well, since the bike is still under warranty, I got a new and re designed chainstay for free.

iwould be afraid to ride that thang after that. the new one might do the same thang. just keep checking it of get a morewood.
