regular monsters were msrp @ around 2800 if I can remember correctly...so I'd imagine they were over 3500. Avalanche has a big fork out right now check out there site its huge. I have one of there forks, its amazing!
I ride a normal monster T and it is probably the nicest feeling fork i have ridden, i prefer it over a 2010 boxxer.
I dont mind the weight since i am 250, and i can easily throw it around.
I have rode a super monster, and i dont think the guy bled the chamber, and it felt like poop.
But when you bled the chamber is feels amazing.
i think hannebrink just makes insane forks in general. very low production numbers of course and the price tag is retarded im sure. but i think with those guys you can just tell them you want a 14" travel fork and they just make it for you.
Yeah it said in that link that if you didn't want the hanebrink fork and something else instead, you got up to $2000 off the original price! That's pretty crazy, I'd never want or use anything over 203mm anyways.
benders bikes if you look back at his apocalypse and such used super monsters and other brands and he never exceeded 12 inches of stanchion travel on his forks. check his bike history... his most common fork was an inverted with 12" of travel... just sayin
i know you dont, but wanna sell just the fork? lol
theres one with 14" lol. close enough.
