Guys, this is my own design and construction. The frame has been made in Poland. This is not "made in china" stuff.

 Sorry for the missunderstanding Frown
So, are all this pieces laser cutted? Or have you recycles any old frame?

Couple years ago I worked as an process engineer in some machine workshop. I just had access to all machines I needed (cnc mill, cnc lathes). The frame has begun his life as a number of tubes and some metal sheets. So, it was created from the ground. And I did not use any other market frame for it.

 That's so cool!
My Pepperony Cycles frames were moddified/made by me when I had access to a welding machine and some scrap metal Razz

If only I had a CNC machine... That would be awsome to! To build a "Massive Pepperoni Cycle Machine"!!! And mankind would never be the same!... HAHAHA

Cheers

do these pieces come all from the same factory in China? Or must we first send a template project for them to make\sugest something that reassembles to our needs?

when dealing with chinese factory for your own brand of bike you must need to have a well detaille bike frame so they can copy it easely , but also you must have a huge amount of bike to offer them to build not one at a time like i do with my local shop
