Wheels are 340 hubs with DT 6.1. I could put Crossmax with tubeless if you would prefer. The frame and fork are 06-07

22.3 is short, 23.5 is a large, so I guess yours is a short.

The effective top tube is 23.5"
The distance straight is 22.5" (center to center)
