 You can work it out for your self... The closer together the numbers the easyer it is.... the further away they are the harder it is. E.g 25 12 , If you do one whole crank of your pedals, your rear wheel will spin 2 and a little bit times..

 It would be about 15 pounds for me to post it, and it weighs around 25lbs (with reasonably heavy tyres)
