YYEAAAHHH! GEARS! Only missing the chain-guide now! and maybe upgrade to X9 SS with a 11-21 road cassette. Would be schwweeeet!

It's 11-26 9spd as of now. I am not sure of installing the guide yet, I will see if I do need it. I want to put it so I can stop most of the chain slap.

Well, Shorter cage means less chain, better der. means more tension on the chain, and chain guide means less dropped chain.. SO they are a good thing. BUT Still nice, and if you wanna loose easy weight, put the fluffy sided velcro instead of an old tube..

That tube is actually lighter than the conventional fluffy protectors. It's a light weight road bike tube and wrapped once.
