 Horrible shock placement IMHO, it'll be full of mud and stuff in no time.

 the shock is like that cuz when it compresses it dosent go up and down it goes up on a bit of an angle witch pushes the bike forward witch makes u go faster.

 I understand the concept of how it works, but when you're riding in muddy conditions that shock is going to be caked in mud and sh*t.

 ya i see what u mean ill make a fender out of a tire tube thats what i did with my last bike

 Or just spend $5 and get a spring cover. Slides over your shock and keeps it clean. Razz

 do both becouse with the shock cover it only covers the coil and the tube fender will keep mudd out of the bolt and what not, but you think this linkage is bad in the mudd lol try cleaning an 09 rocky mountian flatline, sucks maddd dick man

 ok cool cool and yes my friend has a flatline and thats his least favorite part of the bike

 yea i love my flatline except for having to clean the linkage, but i think the rotec if my next frame for sure its good awesome geo

 dont liek it... looks heavy and kinda ungly... hate the boxy drop out tube things
