This is the old landing.
At the bottom of the landing the small logs is fixed with nails, but the rest is just stacked on top of each other..
Did it this way to be able to make changes along the way as speeds got fastere
We`ve build a new landing almost twice as big, and when the snow disappears, is picture time

This step-down was 25ft x 4ft when this pic was taken.. It´s now 25ft x 8ft... followed by a 35ft x 8ft minimum roadgap

Do you fix the logs in the landing in any way or just rely on the dirt to keep it all in place?
