i ahve made the same mistake as u one time check it out www.pinkbike.com/photo/3981196 it's not as bad as yours but hurt really bad read the description and you will understand why it hurt so much

I forgot them at home but I didn't realize it until I got to the park. I guess I cursed myself when I thought to myself "I won't need them tonight".

haha dude i dont have shin pads i have knee pads and one day i was just messin around in front of my house and my foot slipped and i had to get 36 stitches on my shin lol
