you're so right.. i reckon this is probably THE funnest track ive EVER ridden! (or maybe another one in the same woods called grin'n'holler! (note massive smile on my face in the other pic!) New Zealand has such wicked places to ride, if i could go back to any woods with no travel time it'd be here prob!

 where about in nz are they? planning a trip out there next year and i would love to find that trail.

 bout 20 minute drive along the road from queenstown to glenorchy in the south island. the woods are called "7 mile" they maintain all their trails so well and the councils actually encourage riding over there it's kinda depressing getting home to UK and places like still woods next to Bristol getting bulldozed here etc!

 eye tell me about it. we had some wicked trails just up the road from me. fc went in with chainsaws and now its all gone. up here its all to do with the fc not wanting to get sued. some guy broke his back on an unfinished trail way up north. since then the glentress wall ride has been shut and the same dude that shut it has gone across scotland tearing stuff down in the name of health and safety. its all crap crap crap. but im off to laggan tomorrow and its going to be ace. if we ever get to nz im going to visit the flight of the conchords and 7 mile. cheers joe x

 yeah i heard all about that even down here in the westcountry...! pretty brutal, just gotta keep finding new places to ride and digging new trails at the same rate they bulldoze them eh! hope you make it to NZ
