what metal is it made from and what fourm of welding did you use ?

i am also building a dj frame jus wanting some tips

It is made from 4130 cromo. And i tig welded it.

where did u get the metal from ? and was it exspencive

i got it from aircraft spruce. www.aircraftspruce.com/index.html It is about 5.50$ CAD for 1 foot
