Good to know, I'm about 5'8" so I'm wondering whether a medium or large would be better, it's not an immediate issue though so I'm not too worried yet.

Yeah its a large. I was looking at the medium but the reach on these bikes are so short so I ended up with a large.

I am 6'-0" and the bike fits perfect. I normally ride a medium bike and this bike is a large. Trek is sizing these smaller. I sat on a medium frame as well and it was way too small.
