Truvativ Holzfeller going under treatment for Project Holzfeller. Going to remove the paint off it, going to see if I can bore off some extra material off of it, and possibly find some Ti bolts that will fit it.

I love Aircraft Remover. So many possible things to do with it, but don't wanna overuse it. It might be ready to strip by tonight.

I would have just media blasted it. To each their own. Razz

I don't have a media blaster though. This got me thinking though. I may do my clipless pedals now. tup or thumbs down?

Damn. I would think chrome looking Acid pedals would look good.

 Do it then

You can make a ghetto media blaster pretty easy. It's basically just a filter, nozzle, reservoir, and plumbing for air.

On your fuel? Go for it man. Although I would recommend powdercoat for pedals... lasts longer.

Hell you can even make your own media to blast with... buy a big bag of walnuts and when you're done eating them... crush them up!

To JBD: Simple, I will think about it.

To Unhallowed: I think it will match my cranks, thats why. It removes a bit of weigh, but it's also a Mag body so....No idea how that will react.

To Unhallowed 2: So, I would need a air compressor to get enough pressure to build up to propel a walnut blast that will remove the paint. Only air compressors I know of are at my shop and they won't let me use those for that kind of stuff. I wish, that would be cool though.

Ah ok. I have a rather large compressor at my house for our trucks and stuff.
