im not sure of the size but it is only just to small for me and im 5'11 and ye it comes with the shock

ye i would think so, i was about 5'8ish when i first got it and it was purfect size for me

what travel forks does it take?

im not completly sure but it has had 130mm to 170mm and handled them fine
