I'd go for hydro brake and hydro gyro, and the high riser bar with a stem that lowers your bar is not too much sense making 
but further on.. Nice bike

hehe.. yea hydro would be nice, but this is a great and cheaper solution! and about the bars, i have to agree with you but there is one thing. my old stem got the same hight from the ground to the centre of the stem as this one has. So it looks a bit stupid but at the end it gets a litle more hight
and i see you at this is trash for sure
