 you asked if it was stock ktm, aside from pipe and filter. description says trx250r (HONDA!) the quad is honda with orange plastics but the motor is a ktm 250. you read everything, and learn your shit, it may be orange but it doesnt say ktm on it, my best friend has one of these 250r's in my shop right now, my dad raced these things, i believe i know the quad when i see it.

 and what filter you talkin about? and on the other picture i asked why he didnt keep the HONDA 250r 2-stroke motor in it and he said it was because the rules wouldnt let him
