Looks nice, but maybe upgrade the forks

Upgrade the from more like. Negatively prop me all you like boys and girls but once you've chatted to the brain behind the LA link (one of, if not the best designs going) you realise that frames like these are all hype. Most riders think something feels good if you tell them it feels good.

No, but I've talked to team riders who have test ridden them when choosing the tems frame for the season and Luis Arraiz, who designed the LA link, on many occasions and he has told me all about the CET, the pedal kick back, the linearity of the shock, the axle path and spring rate backing it up with figures and explained why the bike isn't all it's cracked up to be.

you can talk spring rates and linearity of shocks all day, but what it comes down to is how the person likes the bike. i can say its one of the nicer frames ive ridden, and no amount of tech talk can deny that. if youre making a team, then sure youll want to know if the frame is suitable for racing and such, but for the average person this bike is great

I completely agree, it does come down to whether a rider likes it or not. That is the end all and be all decider behind if you buy a bike. I was just responding to the fork comment as and effective 'downgrade' of the fork would be better.
