I would but I didn't have any national experience for Cat 1 and I dont have a liscence.

I ended up 9th because I caught up to the guy in front of me and he wouldn't let me get around him so I tried to pass him but I hit a rut that I didn't see and got bucked off the pedals losing at least 5 seconds, I was so pissed. Definately would have won if the guy got out of my way
