Full size angle grinder, I did use a file afterwards to make it smooth...ish haha a dremel grinder or cutting disc would be a lot better, the tubing isn't super thick or anything so doesn't take too much effort to cut through

 Lmfao Kane, you cut out way too much. Sorry Joostflux but I forget your first name is I ever knew it, but I suggest you grind a bit away each time and slide your wheel in and out until it fits perfectly.

 Alright haha. The grinder does wonders! Definitely my favourite modification tool, I have not owned a bike that hasn't been grinded up.

 Drills are cool too, they work for everything that can't be grinded.
