You know it- and it makes it hard to lean into a turn since the gyroscopic effect wants to keep the bike upright. But the big kicker is for drag race starts- you get everything spinning real fast and then release the brake- instant burnout!

 You know it dude! Believe it or not I have actually seen some drag race bikes. If I remember correctly they used an exercise bike flywheel that was spun by the cranks and engaged using a clutch. So what you did was spin the cranks as fast as you could (while someone was holding the bike) to get the flywheel up to speed and then dump the clutch- instant burnout!
