Long, I use it for downhill so hopefully next year I will have 2011 fox 40's with a dhx rc4

I have it set at 180 and I cam change it to 160 with two Allen keys but if I had different shock mounts and different shock I can get anywhere from 135 for slopestyle type of stuff to 180 for what I use it for now
