Hi, well mine is actually genetic, I had a prolapsed disc in my neck which was causing nerve pain in my left arm, shoulder, hand etc. Had it for a year and an MRI showed I needed surgery to remove the disc. Job done but will take a long time to recover fully. I also found out a few weeks back i have a largeish curve in my lower spine so more surgery to straighten my lower back at some point!...... my bike will just rust at this rate!
