They r broken so I'm taking $100 off and it is an easy fix it is just a small bolt that goes in the top

That's what it is and I had no time to clean them before I took photos that's why they are dirty in the picture

And take off another $50-$100 for all the chips on the uppers. You can't really fix that easily.

Then wash them off before you try to sell them saying that the only problem is the top bolt. People like bike porn and they will tear the shit out of your photo if you don't clean it up prior to posting. It does look like caked dirt from the photo though.
