What happens when you put that over the flash?

 try it, you will see , that is why i said it, I use it all the time, in fact, i diffuse my flash all the time, and you will not see ppl doing that alot on here, you will see alot of harsh direct light hitting the riders, of flashes, kinda like a flash light is pointing right at the guy, so all the shadows have very harsh lines, use somthing in front of it, and you will see a big diff, you dont need anything expensive, I found totlite paper works very well, even tear it in half, so it is thin, like 2 ply , make it 1 ply, then tape it on your flash
