not big stuff, new tensioner, brake pads, Bottom Bracket, new front axle, new cap thing for the hub, a Kenda K-Rad, a new chainring, and bashguard. I got the forks adjusted perfectley, the brake adjusted too.

The bottom bracket? I got it from someone I know, they bought it new, and then they got new cranks, BB, so I bought it off him for $20. it had barely been used, just like new

Oh ya I also got the rear hub bearings replaced.
