This is without doubt THE best bike I've ever ridden. It's super plush, controlled, light, chuckable and inspires confidence. It'll track through anything, pedal through rough stuff without losing traction..... I just love it!!! :-)

funny, When I bought my frame, I was able to ride another one that his friend had bilt up, and his session was creeking in the same place. I think it is in the Brake/ rear axle pivot. That's where all the water and dirt prbably gathers . try greasing those contact points where the axle pivot meets the frame. Bet that gets it. thanks for the info!!

Thanks for the info about the creaking. I've got a suspision that some of the noise is coming from the headset..... I've noticed that it almost looks as if someone didn't bother machining down the contact points before fitting the headset (that would be Trek then!!) and after greasing that up a bit it's quieter. Took your advice and greased up the axle pivot and that's definitely helped a bit. Seems the spring is making a bit of noise as well. But still loving the bike!

Hey bryantaber. I'm about 5ft 9" or so (5ft 10" with 5.10s on!!), it's all stock and yes, I think it's a 50mm stem and it fits like a glove. Just got back from the French Alps (Morzine, Les Gets etc) and it rode amazingly. Was perfect size. There's a bit of creaking from the rear end, not sure what's causing that, but what a bike. Medium should fit most people from about 5ft 8" to about 6ft or so... Glad you like your Session!
