what ever you want them to be. i was fiddling with the 9 mm axel ones from one of the 2010 norco's the other day and there acctualy really adjustable. rebound adjuster in the bottom of the right leg, and spring tension on top. The kid told me they were stiff when he got them, but he oiled the seals and they work very smoothly now. just thought id say that..
