 Actually, one usually doesn't get charged "duty" for smaller items. And the CAD (Canadian dollar) is pretty close with the USD. You might consider Dans for this item, and it is new

 48 spline is the only spline without pinchbolts, therefore your question was stupid, as there are clearly no pinchbolts. you could have also just looked up "redline device" and google would tell you.
