It's a reasonable pitch. Not screamin' or anything though. I'm pretty sure my LBS threw some grease in it when they laced it up for me. I have yet to take it apart and find out for sure. More grease means a quieter hub.

Mods: Cut bars down to 28". Grinded down my halflink so it fits on the teeth of my sprocket better. Drilled metal pins into my plastic pedals. I put the left gyro tab on and zip tied my brake cable to it, eliminating cable flop. Grinded down the inside of my chain tensioner so it fits properly on the dropouts.
