I want to know one thing please. I have always read and heard that one should never hose a bike with high pressure water, as its bad for fork seals, cables, etc and blalalaal.
But i have seen every DH bike being hosed like this. Is it safe?

yeh seems it just dont keep it focused on bearings and seals for to long and you will be fine
