The bike's are both very good, both have 9inch and more travel an are downhill racing bikes, but for the rest they are very different to ride.
I find the V10 is more a SPD bike (sometime you will loose the pedals with flats/5.10), and it need's ruff stuff for being fun to ride, the 10inch VPP Travel works so good, on easy track's the V10 is annoying to ride, it goes alone, to easy... For riding inside lines and drift trough corners it is not easy to do it good with the V10, you got endless grip, although on roots and other shit.
The Ancillotti is more fun and rock'n'roll to ride, drifting trough corners is so cool.
On the V10 the distance between saddle and stem is too long, on the Ancillotti is it too short.
