that's a "YT" (young talent) "tues" (translates as "do it"). I have seen a lot of people starting out on this frame. pretty affordable frame, good suspension and looks.

okay (: well could be a consider of the new bike (: ! what would you take scott voltage fr 30 (2011) or this ? (:
  • 12 3
Not sure, there are 3 types of bikes:

If you want cheap but good performance, you dont get reliability...(This is the YTI Tues)

If you want cheap and reliable, you dont get performance...(This is the Voltage fr30, although with a better shock and fork it becomes alot better)

If you want performance and reliability, it wont be cheap...

hmmm well im gonna re build them both some time so its gonna happend (:

 Well thats fine then Smile

what would be choice short said what is best frame ? (: this got a nice paint job and looks nice with the rear shock but do you know how it rides ? (: !?
  • 1 0
I wouldn't know, I have only ridden the 2010 Voltage. They are slightly different bike, one is a SS/FR bike, the other a FR/DH - The Tues is a full blown 8" rig, so it won't jump as well....
  • 1 0
hmm well the voltage FR 2011 is very nice and rides very good easy to get in a air and control and im pretty much on the freeride and DH line so i might would like more DH related bike (:
  • 1 0
Well a Voltage with a Dual crown fork such as a Rockshox BoXXer may be the way to go for you then Smile Will be easier in the air Smile
  • 1 0
well im not i weak pussy Big Grin i just want a nice geometry (: ! and the voltage is nice but it should also be good at going downhill bumpy and the voltage kinda hang in that part :S
  • 1 0
Invest in a decent rear shock and the voltage wont dissapoint Smile

www.pinkbike.com/photo/4819871 i want to paint and set my voltage up as close to this as i can get (:
  • 1 0
 Nice Smile - Have you seen Buckow's? - www.pinkbike.com/photo/5111292
  • 1 0
its damn nice but its a diffrent geometry (: its alle lower rear shock iff you see the voltage FR cant get the rear shock turning like that but this can only that way Wink its also longer i would f*cking love to have one.. (:
  • 1 0
Oh yeah it's a team Dh versoin, differnt geo, wheelbase and Shock mounts, but you could still build one up like that Smile

i could get one of my good friend to make the frame like that but its gonan take months and that would be another project xD
  • 5 1
umm... err... yaa...^^^... now focusing on the bike, thats sweet.

i truely dont see a worthwhile reasoning for the rear suspension linkage. a similar ramp up could be attained by mounting a pivot from the frame to the seat stay then ending at the shock, plus it would be lighter!
