This is what I will leave you with. This was posted inside a port-a-potty at the Outdoor demo. Judging by the amount of people at the show I am sure that these toilets exceeded their limits, but hey, as long as you don't sit down you are good to go!

Nah man im pretty sure government signs are right about grammer and 10 people or fewer sounds alot worse. if anything it should say no more than 10 people

Because correct English is "10 people or fewer." Think of it like quantity vs mass. Fewer pertains to quantity, while less pertains to mass.
