No its what the guy i got it from did, i asked about the hole and he said when he was cutting off the break cable holder tab thing he went a little into the frame so it didn't crack just he fucked up. Take a pick of the fork for me, i never saw a crack on it.

 Ya i cant really see anything there...you 100% sure its a crack and not a scratch?? Sand the paint around it and if the line is still there when paints removed then i guess it is a crack unfortunately, i never saw it...when did you notice it?

 Noo way, i looked every part over and there was no defects. Do you still have the fork? Take a pic so i can see where its cracked.

 idk what its call but like the arch part right above the tire and im pretty sure it was cracked when you sold it to me.

 Well i didnt know about either.....i got the frame painted like that and never saw a crack on the fork.

 well you said you filled everything with body filler and under the body filler there was a hole,

 its a crack, and i noticed it like a week or two after i got it, i was cleaning it up, shining it and i saw that,
