hey man just wanted tho know what size tire your running in the back, and the max size you think you could fit with the 26inch wheel on the 24 frame. Im interested in doing the same thing as you it looks awesome.
  • 1 0
this is MAC Park 26"x2.1 its about 55-57mm wide, depending of pressure. on slammed (minimal chainstay) 2.0-2.1 is max size, but if cs is longer, tire can be wider. i think max will be 2.3?
  • 1 0
ok thanks man cuz i run a 2.15 maxiss DTH and i dont wanna get new tires, so if you think they will fit ill be getting myself the sub 24 instead of the 26 frame. And how do you like the frames geo???
  • 1 0
i think dth's fit. short CS, short TT and generally big angles.

Krizz, you running Fundamental forks? And also, how's the districts feeling? might get those when theyre out on the market Wink

if u ride a rns, it maybe with someone feels to low, to steer, in fund those things are changed - little bit higher, bigger offset.
it makes more stability.

the district max bars are so big, and so wide can you imagine ! Big Grin its perfect for low forks like rns, and fund also too.
the idea of this bars is to took out all spacers for clean look.

a lotof people like bigger bars, so buy district max Wink

i like districts, thats why i asked you how them feel, there have been so many discussions about how high they accualy are. Are they 4" as NS said they are? Smile
  • 1 0
 yep. 101,2 mm
  • 1 0
YES! Sweet man! Thanks alot, im getting those bad bars! Wink
  • 2 0
 nice to help you Wink

They are less then 4" rise. 4" extension: 3.5-8 rise.

merrybike, i guess you should stop that now, krizz owns the bars so i guess he knows..
  • 1 0
i've talked with erenes, he said so. it's a fact?
  • 1 0
district has 3,X" high, but merry you wrong, ds max has 4" high !
  • 1 0
4" extension, yes. Not rise. I'm not lying, it really is like that.
  • 1 0
merry you dont even have the bars god damit. He has got em sitting on his bike..
  • 1 0
man ! actually rise is 4". from middle at stem clamp to middle at ends.
  • 1 0
I had both the 2009/2010distticts and they were lower. f*ckING ERENES SAID SO.
  • 1 0
Merijn copy and pasted the convo he had with Erenes about it and Erenes said they were about 3.5-3.8" rise and 4" extension.
  • 2 2
your talking about 1/5 of an inch difference, honestly, who gives a f*ck. Razz
  • 1 0
Alot of people do. That 1/2" gives the oppertunity to lose another 1/2" of spacers.
  • 2 2
ok, possibly half an inch, but i said 1/5th. which refers to the 3.8 rise Jacob was talking about. if theyre 3.8, the extra .2 inches isnt gunna make much of a difference. but yea, half an inch would make a difference.
