Cheer dude.
I'm running Mavic EN521 rims with Tioga FS100 2.1 tyres. The wheel isn't slammed, and it isn't possible to slam it without having a stupidly skinny tyre. Also, make sure you have the 2009 or newer frame as the seatstay bridge is higher up giving more tyre clearance so you can fit a 26" wheel in there.

ive got the same frame as you just in white and green, i love the frame, i just want 26" it feels abit nicer

im thinking off doin what you've done, changing me 24 inch wheels for 26, i did have it once but using really wide rims, and i had to use a stupidly thin xc tire :/ what tyres are you running?
