yea it could get lighter...titanium spokes and folding tires would drop a good amount it couldn't be 19 pounds with that frame though. 19 pounds would have to be a frame thats way too fragile for me to be comfortable on it

 r u using fly brakes and lever ilenation devient front wheel comes in whire mac blazer front hub primo spokes anluminum nippled all these parts come in white

 demo brakes primo lever its got alloy nips already i dont really wanna build a new wheel or change parts to make it lighter though thats why its for sale

 the brakes weigh about a pound total too so brakeless and its already 21
