 when u buy that rim the normal npples get held buy the screw in ones right? and do the screw in nipples ones come with the rim?

 yea thats rite.. they sure do plus all the valves for running tubeless nice rims man little tricky to get tryes on and off need some good trye levers to break the seal

 can u run them with normal tires and normal inner tubes the ones that have the same valves as cars?

 you can use normal tubes yes i run presta tubes im not sure they would take the car type valve.. also its hard to get a big thick walled dh tube in i run a maxxis welter weight tube they seem to fit real nice and take some abuse
