I dunno, personally I feel it makes the photo off balance a little :S maybe if you just appllied it to to the sky it might be more effective? Good idea though.

Yeah, it was tough because the sky was really washed out due to the sunset. But I was stoked on the picture and wanted to do something with it. I will keep tinkering, see what happens
